James Curl leads Xome’s initiatives to create and source transformative technology solutions. He is a seasoned executive with significant experience leading customer-focused digital transformation, technology innovation, new product development, and market introduction. Prior to joining Xome, Curl served as VP of Enterprise and Emerging Technology at T-Mobile, where he led cross functional teams of product managers and engineers to deliver market-shaping technology products, including T-Mobile’s consumer home internet. Before his time at T-Mobile, he worked at Deloitte Consulting in technology strategy and architecture service.
