CERTIFICATES & CLASS PASS - Powered by the FORCE

The FORCE is offering two 8-hr certification courses (Broker Master Class and REO Certification) and eight different 1-hr classes to enhance your knowledge and professional skills. While the content is primarily designed for agents and brokers, both certificates and classes are open to all conference attendees through purchasing the appropriate add-on. 

Select the add-on option during registration or when modifying your registration to purchase either the certification or the Class Pass. 

  • The Broker Master Class certification runs all day on Monday and the REO Certification spans across Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning, ending before the conference Opening Luncheon.
  • The Class Pass gives you access to eight different courses that occur on Wednesday, where six classes will be offered in the morning and six in the afternoon, with four of the six classes repeating to allow for scheduling flexibility.

These classes are designed for agents and brokers, but they are open to all attendees.

CERTIFICATIONS

Upon completing the coursework, you will take an online assessment to earn your certificate and badge. Those will be provided to you once you have passed the exam with a score above 70%. We encourage you to showcase your new expertise on LinkedIn and to your clients in your email signature.

The content will cover the important markets for agents to know and opportunities for success: Short Sales and REO listings. By learning the lifecycle of a foreclosure, you prepare yourself not just for additional opportunities but to understand the REO process from start to finish.
