Thomas O’Connell possesses more than 25 years of management experience in default servicing, mitigation, collections, customer service, loan servicing, and lending. He has a strong record of goal achievement and proven product development. O’Connell has been with Planet since 2007 as SVP of Default Management. He led the default management department with Mortgage Lenders Network for nine years prior to joining Planet. O’Connell’s experience includes residential, commercial, construction, and consumer portfolios.
