Monica Cespedes is a VP within the foreclosure department at U.S. Bank. She has 19 years of experience in originations and mortgage servicing. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Cespedes served as Assistant VP at Bank of America in the foreclosure department.  She joined U.S. Bank in February 2015 to continue her role within default servicing handling all aspects of the foreclosure process from pre-referral to post-sale activities. She believes in a combination of collaborative and transformational leadership that sets the foundation for a high performing team.
