Ed established Fay Servicing to transform mortgage servicing from a collection-focused model to a credit-sensitive, borrower-centered approach. The Fay Group now encompasses multiple real estate services, including mortgage origination, asset management, property renovation, and residential real estate transactions. Guided by a commitment to affordable housing and long-term financial solutions, Ed's vision emphasizes building strong borrower relationships to maximize loan value and reduce defaults. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand, helping homeowners and clients navigate residential real estate opportunities while fostering sustainable housing across the U.S. Prior to founding the company, Fay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration with a certificate in international business from Clarkson University.
