Tauheed Siddiqui is the Founder and CEO of TAAS Investments, a vertically integrated real estate development and investment firm he established in 2013. Under his leadership, TAAS has become a recognized name in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) and multifamily sectors, with capabilities spanning land acquisition, entitlements, horizontal development, vertical construction and lease-up — all managed in-house for maximum quality control and efficiency.

Tauheed Siddiqui is also a General Partner in multifamily syndications totaling more than 2,400 units across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, and Arizona. His portfolio includes Class A, B, and C multifamily acquisitions, townhome developments, and BTR communities. His approach combines disciplined underwriting, strategic market selection, and operational excellence to deliver consistent value for investors.
In 2025, Tauheed launched TAAS Homes, a homebuilding division focused on delivering high-quality single-family homes to meet the growing housing demand in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, one of the fastest-growing markets in the nation. This expansion builds on over a decade of successful multifamily and townhome projects.

Tauheed holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and brings a strong background in the financial sector, which complements his hands-on experience in development, construction, and asset management.
