Caroline Gim is a second-generation real estate broker with extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing, escrow, loan origination, valuations, and property management. She started her real estate career at a young age, folding mailers and researching FSBOs for her mother in elementary school then working as a loan processor and transaction coordinator as a teenager. She earned a degree from USC, majoring in Film and minoring in Business and Spanish, before transitioning to real estate in 2003. Specializing in property management and sales for institutional clients, Caroline works with banks, GSEs, asset management companies, loan servicers, bankruptcy trustees, receivers, attorneys, and professional fiduciaries. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, snowboarding, hiking, and traveling.
