Dr. Ramesh Sarukkai is a seasoned technologist from Silicon Valley with extensive experience leading impactful product and technology teams driving multi-billion-dollar businesses. Currently, he is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Rate Inc., where he leads product and technology transformation in the financial lending sector. He also founded Prajna Inc., a company that brings enterprise generative AI solutions to various domains within the financial enterprise sector. Prajna is a part of Nvidia Inception as well as the Google Startups Program. The company has diverse experience deploying customized generative AI agents in complex domains including compliance, product, customer support, and servicing. Dr. Sarukkai holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Rochester and is a faculty member in the School of Information Science at the University of California, Berkeley, where he focuses on AI and data science.
