With over 22 years as a service provider in the default mortgage servicing space, Heather Beach has been a member of the Xome team for the past six years and currently serves as VP of Enterprise Risk & Compliance for the company. In this role, Beach is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive suite of compliance management programs, which encompass all facets of risk, compliance, audits, exams, vendor risk governance, and information security. She is also dedicated to maintaining compliance with the ever-changing landscape of data privacy and artificial intelligence laws.
