She has recently held positions at Specialized Loan Servicing, as VP of Claims, Preservation and Government Servicing, and Assistant VP of Claims. She has managed government, GSE and MI claims, quality control, bookloss, preservation, hazard insurance claims, and strategic approaches to maximizing recovery in default servicing. In her most recent role, Talia also oversaw GSE, GNMA and FHA ratings for her company.
