Latman joined the company in 2020, and during his time as SVP, he has managed many strategic projects that have led to the optimization of team performance. Before his time at Mr. Cooper Group, Latman worked for Ocwen Financial Corporation for more than five years. Latman served as SVP, Retail Lending and Loss Mitigation. Latman holds a B.A. in Business Communications from the University of Southern California.
