At VRM Mortgage Services, Tiffany Fletcher oversees the operations support and risk management areas of the company. An industry visionary, her understanding of the regulatory environment and her operational expertise enable Fletcher to facilitate and implement strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiencies and help ensure the timely resolution and remediation of internal and external business environment concerns. She previously served as Executive Director of the Council for Inclusion in Financial Services. Prior to joining VRM, Fletcher served as SVP of Operations for Bank of America. Previously, she was VP of REO Sales for Fannie Mae, where she spent 15 years in various leadership roles. Fletcher received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, her Master of Business Administration from Amberton University, and her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.
