John Berczuk is responsible for servicer relationships, on-site reviews, and servicing transfers across all CTS product lines. His team works closely with servicers to ensure compliance with PSA provisions and regulatory requirements. He is also the primary contact for the rating agencies. Previous to his current role, Berczuk led the Master Servicing Default Oversight and Portfolio Analytics and Surveillance teams. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2007, he spent three years as the VP of Operations at LPS National Asset Management.
