You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email.
The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Friday, August 30 or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
Additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of (1) night room & tax must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
The hotel must receive cancellations at least (72) hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival. The (1) night room & tax booking deposit fee will not be refunded.
Reservations cancelled within (72) hours of arrival will be charged the full room & tax of their reservation.
Hotel parking fees for overnight valet are $37 per day/vehicle and for overnight self-parking are $22.50 per day/vehicle.
