Brad Bell leads the institutional investment team at Roofstock, which has deployed over $2 billion of investor capital into single-family rental properties on behalf of Roofstock’s institutional and high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining Roofstock, Bell spent 10 years investing opportunistic commercial and residential real estate capital on behalf of Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group and four years acquiring income-producing specialty real estate on behalf of a private REIT.
