Mr. Kowalski is the SVP of Slate’s Capital Markets division where he develops innovative Title, Collateral, and Mortgage Transactional solutions to help institutional investors, servicers, lenders, and GSE’s mitigate risk. An industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience, Mr. Kowalski has held leadership positions with Fannie Mae, Mortgage Lenders Network and New Penn Financial. Prior to his role, Mr. Kowalski spent ten years at Fannie Mae, including Director of Transaction Management where he was responsible for managing all post-close aspects associated with non-performing and re-performing whole loan sales. Prior to this position, he served as the company’s Director of Short Sale Escalations.
