Prior to joining PEMCO Capital Management, Nong worked for some of the leading financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank, where he oversaw various aspects of distressed residential real estate operations and at one point responsible for overseeing a $10 billion portfolio. Nong is recognized for his expertise in the areas of strategic planning, risk management, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
