Eddie Pirro has specialized in real estate-owened (REO) sales since 2001, and became the Director of REO for Cruse Real Estate in 2002. In 2008, Eddie began working with Todd Yovino of Island Advantage Realty, assisting with the development of systems designed to create a seamless workflow in the disposition of REO assets. Pirro’s focus is on client relations and oversight of systems that he helped create to manage the REO process effectively. His passion for REO includes property valuation and strategically analyzing collateral to create a pathway for maximum execution. Pirro’s industry experience includes agent/staff training, and the oversight of transitional housing.
