As the Managing Partner of the Firm’s REO & Closing Group, Stuart Gordan focuses his practice primarily on the settlement, title and seller-representation of REO properties. In total, his group assists with REO properties in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, New Jersey and New York. Gordan’s broad experience allows him to provide strategic solutions to difficult and challenging files, while at the same time managing a department that processes a high volume of closings. In the past he has served on local and national advocacy organizations, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Section Executive Committee.
