Luis Vergara has 25+ years of domestic and international financial services experience in the areas of investment banking, sales and marketing, private equity, real estate, mortgage valuation and loan sale advisory, asset management, and fintech. He has transacted over $20 billion in U.S. and international mortgage loan and REO portfolio sales and valued approximately $300 billion in mortgage loan portfolios on behalf of public and private financial institutions and governmental clients such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, FDIC, and Federal Home Loan Banks. He received his BA, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Howard E. Mitchell Fellowship award recipient. Luis is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
