Cory Dakin joined Fannie Mae in 2005 and has spent the last 15 years in the REO space, focused on the management, repair, marketing, and disposition of REO assets. Over the last two years, he has been responsible for a new program installing new manufactured and site-built homes on REO vacant lot inventory. His team has partnered with real estate agents, builders, manufacturers, and municipalities across the country to help promote access to affordable supply for homeowners and renters.
