Louis is also a certified foreclosure specialist who has helped hundreds of homeowners on the verge of losing their homes. He has extensive experience negotiating with banks and working with local governments to ratify building and/or code violations. He also trains hundreds of agents in commercial real estate and foreclosures. He is deeply connected with numerous local organizations and charities—including his own foundation, “Chilo Foundation,” which supports homeless children from the east area of Los Angeles in Skid Row.
