Micole Booker is a strategic leader with over a decade of experience in default mortgage servicing. She joined Vendor Resource Management (VRM) in August 2024 and currently serves as VP of Operations, where she leads initiatives that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across asset disposition, vendor oversight, and claims recovery. Before joining VRM, Booker spent five years at Flagstar Bank in key leadership roles, following earlier tenure at Rocket Mortgage. Her work across property preservation, asset disposition, FHA conveyance, vendor performance, and default claims has delivered measurable improvements in cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational execution. A 2023 recipient of the Five Star Institute’s Women in Housing Rising Star Executive Award, Booker is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry.
