Thomas Mason is an experienced mortgage banking professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial/mortgage industry including Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and SunTrust Mortgage. Mason has spent the past 10 years working at Ginnie Mae, first as an Account Executive and was quickly being promoted to Supervisor/Team Lead. He now serves in the capacity as a Branch Chief- Supervisory Senior Account Executive. He leads a team of seasoned financial professionals that monitor and manage the activities of Ginnie Mae Issuers located in the Eastern region of the United States. Mason’s team is responsible for assessing the performance of their assigned Issuers and ensuring that the Issuers remain in compliance with Ginnie Mae’s Guidelines. He has a BS in finance from Georgetown University. He also holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation, which he earned through the Mortgage Bankers Association.
