Phyllis Wright is the SVP of Strategic Human Resources for VRM Mortgage Services. In her position, Dr. Wright leads VRM's Human Resources Department and supports the development and deployment of content for VRMU. Her HR responsibilities include all major HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and organization development. Dr. Wright brings has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in the field of human resources and talent and organization development. She has an BBA with a major in Human Resources from Stephen F. Austin State University, an MBA in Business Management from the University of Dallas, an MS in Management and Administrative Science with emphasis in Organization Development and Change Management from the University of Texas Dallas, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University.
