Nolan Turner heads strategic initiatives, growth/revenue objectives, and industry partnerships across Carrington’s nine vertically integrated companies and 4,000 employees. Turner has touched a plethora of business and finance operations throughout his career with a special emphasis on mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, and default management. Turer has hands on experience in Capital Markets, RMBS securitization, and both the buy/sell side of whole loan trading, non-performing/re-performing loans, mortgage servicing rights, and GNMA early buyouts. Prior to joining Carrington in 2010, Turner held executive leadership roles within the Investment Bank at Wachovia, Wholesale Mortgage Operations at World Savings, and Real Estate Development Operations for East-West Partners. Nolan graduated with honors from the University of Nevada and holds undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in international business and behavioral science (cognitive psychology).
