Justin Nezda is the EVP of Special Servicing with Selene Finance LP, a Dallas-based residential mortgage company providing servicing, special servicing, title, and due diligence services. Nezda is responsible for the leadership of the default, loss mitigation, property preservation, REO, and EBO functions within the firm. In his 20 years of mortgage servicing, Nezda has specialized in operational and legal strategy development, process improvement, and technical implementation, most recently with Caliber Home Loans (NewRez).
