Cecelia Raine leads several ongoing initiatives related to transforming how Freddie Mac’s servicing partners experience doing business with the company. Her responsibilities also include modernizing several technology tools under Freddie’s comprehensive Reimagine Servicing® initiative. This includes strategic solution design, delivery, and industry adoption of the first-ever servicing-related APIs. Raine has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, she held a variety of positions at Black Knight Financial Services for 10 years, including SVP, Strategic Consultant, and Account Director in Business Intelligence. She also worked at Fannie Mae for 11 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Special Projects Leader. Raine graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College.
