She plays a pivotal role in deploying and scaling emerging technologies that elevate the mortgage servicing experience for clients and homeowners. Torres held several senior leadership roles at LoanCare before joining Cenlar. During her career in servicing, she led transformative initiatives that strengthened risk and control frameworks and delivered scalable, technology forward solutions. She worked for Cenlar from 2012 to 2019, most recently as VP of Servicing Systems and Reporting. She has also held positions at JPMorgan Chase and KeyBank.
