Jerry Mills has been in the real estate industry since 1998. Working as a personal assistant for top level producers until he got his real estate license a year later. He was one of two agents in his locat market to take on valuations and REO assignments. In 2004 after relocating back to Denver, CO he joined the REO Space from a servicing perspective with Integrated Asset Services working there until the company ceased operations. At IAS he worked as a specialist through VP of REO Marketing. He joined Nationstar a short time after, later changing to Xome as a Portfolio Manager. In 2016, he went back to the retail space and formed his own Real Estate Company with his wife Terri, Altitude Real Estate. The time away from REO was good, but the attraction was still there. In 2023, he joined the team at Phoenix Asset Management where he continues as an asset manager. He brings nearly 30 years of knowledge and experience as an agent and asset manager. Outside of real estate you will find him on the golf course, the ski slopes or enjoying time with his dogs and wife Terri.
