Jason Chapman is a Director within Fannie Mae’s Single-Family Real Estate organization, leading the Renovation and Property Preservation business responsible for protecting and enhancing pre- and post-foreclosure assets nationwide. He oversees strategies for property preservation, renovation, vendor management, field services, and operational performance. Since joining Fannie Mae in 2006, Jason has held leadership roles across analytics, operations, preservation, REO sales, and asset disposition. With nearly two decades of experience in mortgage servicing and real estate asset management, he brings a comprehensive perspective on collateral risk, renovations, default servicing, and REO disposition.
