I have been in the real estate industry for 30 plus years, primarily on the escrow/settlement side, closing over 1000 Reo transactions a month with HUD and FDIC. At the FDIC in 2008-2010, I had the opportunity to educate consumers on how to work with the FDIC during the crisis of multiple failed institutions. My extensive experience working with the FDIC in two major crises has enhanced my career in real estate and I am thrilled this experience has led me to become an excellent Reo Realtor, servicing Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties in Southern California. I currently work with many servicers, outsourcers, private equity firms, FDIC and government contracts.
