Larry Tyler is Senior Vice President of Customer Care at RoundPoint Mortgage, where he leads Customer Service and Collections operations, Customer Resolutions and Correspondence, the Command Center, Escalations, and Customer Care Quality Assurance. In this role, Larry is responsible for customer experience and contact center strategy across a global servicing operation. During his tenure at RoundPoint, Larry has played a key role in the continued evolution of the Customer Care organization, with a focus on operational performance, customer experience, and employee development. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Larry worked at Nationstar Mortgage/Mr. Cooper, where he held numerous leadership positions across Collections and Loss Mitigation. Larry earned his Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from East Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Larry is a husband and father of four.
