Beth Fowler serves as Executive Vice President of Stewart Title and President of Stewart Lender Services, where she oversees Stewart’s National Title and Real Estate Solutions divisions, delivering services, products, and technology to lenders, servicers, and other institutional customers. She has played a key role in Stewart’s growth strategy, helping to diversify its national title offerings and strengthen the company’s Real Estate Solutions portfolio through the thoughtful acquisition of capabilities that round out lender and servicer offerings across the mortgage lifecycle. Beth is recognized for top-tier operational excellence, strong financial acumen, and success in executing strategies that improve and transform organizations. She leads through accessibility, accountability, and curiosity, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Beth joined Stewart in 2014 following its acquisition of LandSafe Services from Bank of America, after a 20-year tenure at Bank of America and its predecessor banks. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Truman State University and was named a 2022 HousingWire Woman of Influence. Beth also serves as a volunteer board member for the Patricia Harty Society, supporting early literacy initiatives in partnership with the United Way of Greater Nashville.
