Josh is a workforce development leader with 20+ years of experience building career pathways for youth and young adults. He most recently led initiatives focused on accessible technology and registered apprenticeships -- working alongside major tech companies, employers, and advocacy organizations to connect people to meaningful work. His practice is grounded in inclusive design: build for the full range of human experience and you build better for everyone. He earned a master's in conflict analysis and resolution, spent years as a youth worker, and built his career from there -- through The Posse Foundation, Deloitte, and five years as a partner at Ethos Consulting. He joined PhoenixTeam and Human Futures because he believes young people deserve honest preparation, real mentors, and actual experience -- not a curriculum that is already behind the world they are walking into.
