Donna Murphy has extensive experience as a regulatory policy maker for financial services compliance and risk management. Her government positions included OCC Deputy Comptroller for Compliance Risk Policy, with responsibility for guidance and examination procedures on consumer protection, fair lending, CRA and AML/CFT issues, Acting Deputy Comptroller for the Office of Financial Technology, and Director for Community and Consumer Law, as well as service in the Housing Section of the USDOJ Civil Rights Division and as law clerk to the Honorable Myron Thompson, M.D.Ala. Murphy earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and B.A. summa cum laude from American University.
