Mike, an industry veteran and highly respected executive with decades of leadership in mortgage servicing and capital markets, joined Livegage in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer. He brings extensive operational experience and a commitment to accelerating the adoption of the company’s proprietary AI model in mortgage servicing. As COO,Mike oversees operational strategy, product development, and client engagement initiatives. He leads customer outreach and is establishing the Livegage Center of Excellence for product implementation and rollouts, which enables clients to realize the full potential of the company’s innovative solutions. Mike has over 30 years of mortgage industry experience, with deep expertise in servicing, default, and loss mitigation. Prior to joining Livegage, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at LoanCare, where he led strategic initiatives in technology and built a high-performing operations organization known for its market-leading results. Before LoanCare, he held executive roles at Cenlar FSB and KeyBank, where he consistently drove transformation and improved performance. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from St. Joseph’s University.
