He has more than 20 years of executive management experience in the mortgage banking, consulting, and solar energy industries.
In addition to founding and growing several of his own companies, including a mortgage originator and insurance agency, Shawn was the managing director of global service centers for IWG, with oversight for sales agents across 3,500 locations and a $540M budget. Prior to his role at IWG, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for global solar energy firm Sungevity, where he more than tripled their sales revenue in five years.
His initial management role in mortgage originations was as a Vice President of National Mortgage Operations at Bank of America where he oversaw the western US call center focused on sales, fulfillment, underwriting, and funding compliance for both new customer acquisition and portfolio retention. He managed a staff of more than 500 loan originators, loan processors, underwriters and fund compliance personnel.
