Rukiya Kelly is Global Head of Corporate Impact & Engagement at FICO, where she leads the company’s financial inclusion strategy and partnerships that help expand responsible access to credit and financial opportunity. She works across industry, government, and nonprofit sectors to advance sustainable homeownership, consumer financial resilience, and inclusive lending through education, innovation, and system design. Kelly is known for her perspective that financial literacy and financial inclusion must be intentionally integrated to improve outcomes for consumers and lenders alike. She is an Aspen Institute Economic Mobility Fellow and serves on multiple nonprofit and industry advisory boards.
