Allison Puca is Manager of Servicing Relationship and Performance Management and leads the development of the Homeowner Support Center within the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing division. In her work, Puca is focused on implementing initiatives, tools, education, and other resources servicers can provide to homeowners to enable sustainable homeownership and minimize credit losses for Freddie Mac and investors. Puca’s career at Freddie Mac has included working on the selling and servicing-released business, influencing enhancements to policy and technology, and focusing on internal and external stakeholders to drive change. Prior to working at Freddie Mac, she held leadership positions at Alvarez & Marsal, focused on key client account strategy and implementing operational and business improvements domestically and internationally.
