Candie Sandlin joined the title and escrow industry more than 30 years ago as a Litigation Assistant and Abstractor. During her career, she advanced to roles including Title Manager, Escrow Officer, Operations Manager, SVP and Chief Compliance Officer, and eventually, COO for Community National Title. Sandlin is a Certified Notary Signing Agent, licensed Escrow Officer, and one of only 93 Certified Title Insurance Professionals in the state of Texas.

As COO of Community National Title, Sandlin oversees the daily operations and administration of the company. She works closely with the state department of insurance, county and district courts, and underwriters to ensure compliance with federal, local, and industry regulations. She ensures that employees and managerial staff are provided reference resources, training and education for the company as required by all regulators, underwriters, lenders, and financial institutions.
