With over 20 years of experience in progressive problem-solving, client relationship management, and practice and people development, She is recognized as an experienced strategy and transformation executive with deep domain knowledge in lending and payments, a history of successful global enterprise transformations, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.

Renuka has contributed to thought leadership for Cognizant’s Lending and Payments business by developing and publishing industry perspectives, speaking at industry forums, and consulting with industry CXOs.
