Donna Spencer is VP of Servicing Relationship and Performance Management in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing division, overseeing the performance of Freddie Mac’s servicing portfolio. She and her team are responsible for managing the relationships with the GSE’s largest Seller Servicers while implementing programs, initiatives, and tools to reduce credit losses to Freddie Mac. Additionally, in support of the company’s mission, Spencer is responsible for homeowner education programs that enable sustainable homeownership and beyond, helping prepare homebuyers to successfully stay in their homes. Her career at Freddie Mac spans over 30 years, and she has held numerous leadership roles during her tenure with the company. Spencer is a certified executive leadership coach with a passion for supporting underrepresented clients, often high-potential women and men of color. Spencer is also a member of the Five Star Mortgage Servicing Executive Alliance where she serves as a Lead for the Leadership and Development subcommittee.
