Katherine Mossop leads a portfolio of agile servicing product teams and is responsible for the most strategic servicing products in Freddie Mac’s Single-Family, including Resolve®, PAID (Payments Automated Intelligent and Dynamic), Total MI®, Loan Level Reporting, and the newly launched HomeSteps CentralSM. She guides the organization’s servicing portfolio vision and roadmap to deliver value by understanding market needs, as well as strategic goals, and optimizes the delivery of servicing product development capabilities. She is also responsible for managing policy change impacts to our products. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2007, Mossop held project management positions at TD Ameritrade, Inc. and product management and investment-related positions at Fidelity Investments, LLC. She holds a B.A. in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross. She was recognized with Five Star’s 2022 Rising Star Executive Award.
