Tamara Gifford is Director of Community and External Relations for Onity Group, a mortgage servicing company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, she develops and manages relationships with nonprofit organizations, consumer advocacy groups, housing industry associations, congressional offices, and other key external stakeholders. She also leads borrower outreach strategy and initiatives designed to support homeowners and strengthen community partnerships. Prior to joining Onity Group, Gifford spent 18 years at Bank of America, where she most recently served as Community Relations Manager for the Washington, DC area. In that role, she led local philanthropic strategies and initiatives, enhancing the bank’s impact in the community. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City and was appointed to HUD’s Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee.
