Tanya Bates is a highly accomplished mortgage industry executive with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, team development, and strategic growth. As SVP and Home Loans Regional Director at Bank of Oklahoma Mortgage, she leads a multi-state region encompassing Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri, overseeing a team of up to 60 professionals. Bates is widely recognized for her ability to drive performance, implement innovative processes, and navigate complex regulatory environments. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including being named a top five finalist for the 2024 Women in Housing Keys in Hand Award and multiple “One Club” honors.
