David Byars is an Associate Attorney based out of the Tampa office of Kass Shuler, P.A., with a primary focus on real estate litigation and the representation of lenders, loan servicers, investors, and debt collectors within the consumer finance industry. He has handled civil matters in circuit, county, and federal courts throughout Florida, has been admitted to practice in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and is a native Floridian. He is also a fourth-generation Nole, having attended Florida State University, where he earned the dual degrees of a Bachelor of Science in Business Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2011. He attended the Stetson University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2014.
