Talia Ramirez is a seasoned mortgage servicing executive with more than 20 years of experience in the default servicing and property preservation industry. She currently serves as President of Spectrum Solutions, where she leads with a focus on operational excellence, scalable growth strategies, and results-driven client partnerships.
Throughout her career, Talia has held senior leadership roles at Specialized Loan Servicing and Bank of America, overseeing government, GSE, and MI claims; preservation; quality control; bookloss; hazard insurance; and strategic recovery efforts. Her expertise extends across end-to-end default servicing, from delinquency through disposition, with a proven track record of optimizing processes, strengthening compliance, and improving performance ratings with GSE, GNMA, and FHA portfolios.
Recognized as an industry expert in government preservation, Talia is an active Board Member of NAMFS, and has been a featured panelist and speaker at Five Star, MBA, the National Property Preservation Conference, and the United Trustees Association.
An Arizona native, Talia earned her degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University and continues to bring clarity, leadership, and innovation to the mortgage servicing space.
