In his role as SVP and COO at Dakota Asset Services, Brian Martin is responsible for strategic initiatives and operational management of the company’s real estate portfolio. Martin couples an analytical approach with technological improvements to improve production, efficiency, and quality. Martin also serves as SVP for Property Preservation at Rushmore Loan Management Services. Prior to his current role, he held asset management and portfolio management positions at Roosevelt Management Company and Seterus, respectively.
