Dana Dillard joined Nationstar in 2013 holding various leadership roles leading to serving as its EVP, Corporate Social Responsibility. With over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Dillard brings a vast experience of serving in many different capacities including GMAC RESCAP, where she managed REO, liquidations, and Community Outreach during the peak of the housing crisis. Currently, Dillard oversees industry and government relations, nonprofit engagement, community outreach, and the newly launched Office of Diversity & Inclusion.
